Eagle Web Assets Inc., originally known as xCell Technologies was started June 2004 focusing mainly. Our name was officially changed to Eagle Web Assets Inc. in March 2007 once we incorporated.

History
Development of website's began in 2002, with the creation on several gaming related website's. These website's were created purely for fun, and were not tied into any sort of network. Advertising was placed onto these website's to pay for the server costs and maybe make a little extra change. Quickly, a site took off and traffic began flowing into it. The more traffic, the more advertising revenue generated.
After seeing the profit potential, we emulated the strategy and created an empire of sites - dominating search engine results. As more sites exploded with traffic, xCell Technologies was born. In 2007 we reorganized and incorporated under the our current name Eagle Web Assets Inc.
In 2005 we began affiliate marketing and through our network of connections and we had near instant success. Stability was a major problem in the beginning, so we remained focused on growth of niche sites until mid 2007. After reevaluating our business model, we decided to focus all efforts towards affiliate marketing and jumped into media buys on various social sites. With capital generated passively from our network of sites we were able to grow the CPA division drastically.
We continued growing our internal affiliate marketing operation, by the end of 2008 we had several skilled employees handling, optimizing, and scaling campaigns. In 2009 we decided to launch our own private CPA network to revolutionize the industry in a partnership with Harrison Gevirtz. Throughout 2009 our efforts were split between growing our internal advertising and growing our affiliate network. We now have over 15 employees working with Eagle Web Assets and we are growing! |
